Using this experience and research on demographic, economic, market, technology, and consumer trends, Mr. Hill helps WCTC small business center clients prepare detailed and realistic business plans to expand, improve, or startup their business. He is an experienced facilitator and instructs business owner continuing education classes at WCTC, Small Business Development Center in Milwaukee, and other economic development agencies in south-eastern Wisconsin.
